The Cabourn chair is the result of many requests over the years for a folding chair but sometimes it’s all about having the alchemy of inspiration with the right client. The Cabourn will undoubtedly be developed into counter and bar height versions and like all of my chairs, it can also be made for the outdoors in unfinished teak.
